What is your minimum order?
30 pieces per style. Sizes can be split however you like. If you want more than one colour in the same style, tell us and we will confirm the best split in your quote.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Every quote shows the exact dates for your order, and the promised ship date is visible in your portal with a countdown.
How does shipping and customs work?
We ship by DHL Express to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and beyond. Your quote shows the price delivered to your door with import duty included, so there are no surprises at customs. Duty rules differ by country, so we show them on each country page.
Can you make my design if I don't have a tech pack?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo or a reference garment and we will prepare the tech pack for you. You approve it before anything is cut.
Can you add my own labels, tags and packaging?
Yes. Woven and printed neck labels, care labels, hang tags and custom packaging are all made in-house, so your garments arrive ready to sell.
How do I pay, and is my deposit safe?
You pay a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping; the exact amounts are on your quote. We invoice in your currency and accept bank transfer and card. Every payment and invoice is kept in your portal.
Is the quality as good as factories in China or the US?
Sialkot has made sportswear for the world for decades, and you do not have to take our word for it: you approve a sample before bulk production, see photos of every stage, and we inspect before packing. Request a sample pack to feel the fabric and stitching yourself.
How do I follow my order?
Every client gets a portal. You see each stage with a photo and timestamp, the promised ship date, your documents, DHL tracking, and a direct message thread with your account manager.
