We ship by DHL Express to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK and beyond. Your quote shows the price delivered to your door with import duty included, so there are no surprises at customs. Duty rules differ by country, so we show them on each country page.

You pay a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping; the exact amounts are on your quote. We invoice in your currency and accept bank transfer and card. Every payment and invoice is kept in your portal.

Yes. Our quotes include DHL Express shipping to your door, unless you ask for something different.

Every client gets a portal. You see each stage with a photo and timestamp, the promised ship date, your documents, DHL tracking, and a direct message thread with your account manager.

Tell us through your portal with photos. If the garments do not match the sample you approved or have a manufacturing fault, we remake the affected pieces or agree a credit. See our remake and returns policy for what counts as a defect.

Custom clothing is made specifically for you, so we do not take it back for a change of mind. That is why you approve a sample before bulk production starts.
