Made in-house
Cut and sew clothing manufacturing, from 30 pieces
Your garment, made from scratch: pattern, fabric, construction and fit are yours, not a blank with a print on it. This is what separates a brand from a merch store.
- 30-piece minimum per style
- Duty-paid to United States
- Approve a sample first
What cut & sew is best for
- Brands that want their own fit, not blank garments
- Custom constructions and trims
- Repeat styles you will reorder
- Collections that need a size range
How it works
How we do cut & sew
- 1
Send your idea
A tech pack, a sketch, a photo or a garment you want to match. If you have no tech pack, we prepare one.
- 2
We build the pattern and a sample
We make the pattern, grade it across your size range and sew a sample for you to approve in your portal.
- 3
Bulk cutting and sewing
After approval we cut, decorate, sew, check and pack, photographing each stage so you can follow it.
An honest view
Good to know before you choose
Every method has trade-offs. We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.
Where it shines
- Your own fit, fabric and construction
- One factory for cutting, decoration, sewing, labels and packaging
- A 30-piece minimum per style
- Every stage photographed and visible in your portal
Worth considering
- A new pattern needs sampling time, which is why we recommend starting the sample early
- Complex constructions may need more than one sample round

Do I need a tech pack?
No. Send whatever you have and we will prepare the tech pack for you. You approve it before anything is cut.
Can you grade my garment into a size range?
Yes. We grade the approved sample pattern across your size range and you confirm the fit on a sample first.
Can I match a garment I already own?
Yes. Send photos and measurements, or post us the garment, and we build the pattern from it.
