About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you place an order, these terms apply together with the quote you accepted, our shipping and duties page, and our remake and returns policy. If the quote says something different for your order, the quote applies.

What we do

We manufacture custom clothing to your specification. Information on this website is general. Nothing on it is a binding offer: prices, timings and options are confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes and orders

• A quote shows the price in your currency, what is included (including delivery and duty where stated) and how long it is valid.
• Your order begins when you accept the quote and we receive the payment it asks for.
• We make a sample for your approval before bulk production. The approved sample is the specification for your order.
• Changes after you approve the sample or start production can change the price and the delivery date. We will tell you before we act on them.

Your artwork and designs

You are responsible for having the right to use all artwork, logos, names and trademarks that you send us. We may decline an order that appears to infringe someone else's rights.

We keep your designs, tech packs and other materials confidential and use them only to make your order. We will ask your permission before we photograph or feature your order in our own marketing, and we will not publish it without your agreement.

Payment

Payment terms (for example a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping), accepted methods and the currency are set out in your quote. Invoices and payment status are available in your portal.

Delivery

Delivery, customs duties and risk in transit are explained on our shipping and duties page.

Defects and remakes

Custom clothing is made for you, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong because of our work, see our remake and returns policy.

Using the website and your portal

• Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
• Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, copy it automatically at scale, or access areas you are not authorised to use.
• Information you give us must be accurate.

Our content

The website text, illustrations, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, other than to share a link to the site.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Questions and problems

If you are unhappy with something, contact us first through the contact page or your portal and give us the chance to put it right. Most issues are solved this way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to your use of the website from the date shown. An order you have already placed continues on the terms that applied when you accepted its quote.
