How early should we order before the season?
As early as you can. We confirm timing in your quote and the portal tracks it. Ordering well ahead gives you room for sample changes and late roster updates.
Can each player have a different name and number?
Yes. Send the roster and we set it up for your approval before production.

Yes. Your approved designs are kept in your portal, so a reorder starts from what you already approved.
