We review it, ask what we need to know, and prepare a tech pack if you do not have one.

Check the delivered price and choose any options.

We price the garment, decoration, labels, packaging, shipping and duty, and send one price in your currency.

Look at the sample photos in your portal, comment on details and approve when it is right.

We make the sample and revise it until you are happy. Bulk starts only after you approve.

Follow each stage in your portal.

Cutting, printing, sewing and quality checks happen in our own factory, with photos at each stage.

Track the parcel from your portal. Add your importer details if customs needs them.

We pack to your spec, prepare the customs documents and pay the duty on a duty-paid order.

Questions about the process
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A sketch or reference photos are enough to start, and we can help prepare a tech pack.
What is the minimum order?
30 pieces per style. Sizes can be mixed within a style.
Can I change things after the sample?
Yes, before you approve it. Changes after you approve the sample or after production starts can change the price and the delivery date, and we tell you before we act.
Who do I talk to?
You have a named account manager and a portal with the full history of your order, so you never have to chase for an update.
