How we ship
We ship by DHL Express, door to door, unless your quote says otherwise. When your order is dispatched, the tracking number appears in your portal, and tracking updates are shown there as the shipment moves.
Duty-paid pricing
Our quotes are duty-paid. We estimate the import duty and taxes for your country, include them in the price you accept, and pay them with the carrier, so you do not pay them at delivery. The quote shows the price delivered to your door, in your currency.
If you would rather handle import duty yourself, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will quote it that way.
What affects the duty
- the type of garment and what it is made of (for example cotton and synthetic fabrics can be treated differently)
- the country it is made in (Pakistan) and the country it is going to
- the value of the goods
- the importing country's current rules, rates and low-value thresholds
Import rules differ by country and change often. The US, Canada, Australia, the UK and the EU each have their own rates, taxes and thresholds. We work them out for you when we quote. If the rules change between your quote and your shipment, we will tell you before we ship.
Customs documents and importer details
We prepare the documents customs needs, such as the commercial invoice and packing list, and the certificate of origin where one is required.
Some countries require an importer identifier, for example an EIN in the US, a business number in Canada, an ABN in Australia or an EORI or VAT number in the UK and EU. Add yours to your brand profile or tell us when you order, so your shipment clears without delay.
Delivery time
Your quote states when your order will be ready to ship, and the promised ship date and the days remaining are shown in your portal. Transit time after dispatch is set by the carrier, and customs clearance can add time that neither we nor the carrier control.
Customs inspections and extra charges
Occasionally customs holds or inspects a shipment. If this happens because the details supplied for the shipment were wrong or missing, charges such as storage or inspection fees may be passed on to you. We will tell you straight away if a shipment is held and help resolve it.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us as soon as you can, with photos of the packaging and the garments where you have them. We deal with the carrier on your behalf. Problems with the garments themselves are covered by our remake and returns policy.
Labelling for your market
Clothing sold in different countries must carry different information on its labels, such as fibre content, care instructions and country of origin. Tell us where you sell and we will set up the label wording for that market.
