Remakes and returns

Custom clothing is made specifically for you, so the rules are different from a shop. This page explains how we put our mistakes right, and what to do if something is wrong.

Made to order

Your garments are cut, printed and sewn to your specification, so we cannot take them back because you changed your mind or sized the order differently from how it turned out to sell. This is why you approve a sample before bulk production starts.

If we get it wrong

If the garments you receive do not match the sample you approved, or have a manufacturing defect, we will either remake the affected pieces or agree a credit with you.

What we treat as a defect

  • stitching that comes apart, skipped stitches or other faults in construction
  • print or embroidery that is in a different place, size or colour from the approved sample
  • sizes or quantities that differ from your confirmed order
  • a fabric or trim that differs from the approved sample
  • holes, stains or marks that were not on the approved sample

What is not a defect

  • changes you asked for after approving the sample
  • small colour differences between a screen and a printed or dyed garment, where the garment matches the approved sample
  • wear, washing or damage after delivery
  • delays or charges caused by customs details that were missing or wrong when you ordered

How to tell us

Tell us through your portal or the contact page as soon as you notice the problem. Include your order number, photos of the problem and of the approved sample, and the number of affected pieces. The time window for reporting a problem on your order is stated on your quote.

What happens next

We review the photos against the approved sample and your specification, then agree with you whether to remake the affected pieces or issue a credit. If the problem is ours, we pay to get the replacement pieces to you.

Damage in transit

If a parcel was damaged on the way, see the shipping and duties page. We handle the claim with the carrier.
