All-over prints that become part of the fabric, so they never crack, peel or fade: the method behind jerseys, kits, rashguards and performance wear.

  • 30-piece minimum per style
  • Duty-paid to United States
  • Approve a sample first

What sublimation printing is best for

  • Jerseys and team kits with names and numbers
  • Rashguards and fight shorts
  • All-over patterns and gradients
  • Performance and activewear

How it works

How we do sublimation printing

  1. 1

    Send your design and roster

Share your artwork and, for teams, a roster with names, numbers and sizes.

  2. 2

    We print and press

The design is printed onto transfer paper and fused into the polyester fabric with heat.

  3. 3

    Cut, sew and approve

Panels are cut and sewn into your pattern. You approve a sample before bulk.

An honest view

Good to know before you choose

Every method has trade-offs. We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

Where it shines

  • The print is in the fabric: no cracking, peeling or feel on the surface
  • Edge-to-edge, all-over graphics and gradients
  • Names, numbers and sponsor logos on every piece at no screen-setup cost
  • Breathable, moisture-wicking performance fabrics

Worth considering

  • It works on polyester and high-polyester fabrics, not on cotton
  • It is best on white or light fabric: sublimation cannot print light colours onto a dark base

Questions

Questions about sublimation printing

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. A real person reads every message.

Can I sublimate cotton?

No. Sublimation needs polyester. For cotton garments we recommend screen print, DTF or embroidery.

Can each player have a different name and number?

Yes. Send a roster and we apply each name and number.

Do colours match my brand colours?

We match to your reference colours and show the result on the sample; screens and fabric always differ slightly, so approving the sample is how you lock it in.
