Customize Your Fabric is a custom clothing manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, serving brands, teams and clubs around the world. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Customize Your Fabric. You can reach us through our contact page.
What we collect
Information you give us when you ask for a quote:
- your name and email address
- your WhatsApp or phone number, if you give one
- what you want to make, the quantity and the country you want it delivered to
- anything else you write in the form, and any sketches or files you send
- your choices about email and WhatsApp or SMS contact, and when and where you made them
When you place an order we also collect delivery and billing details, tax or importer identifiers needed for customs (for example an EIN, ABN, VAT or business number), your artwork and designs, and the messages we exchange.
Technical information is recorded automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time. We use it to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- to answer your request, prepare your quote and make your order
- to create and run your client portal
- to ship your order and clear it through customs
- to invoice you and take payment
- to keep our website secure and working
- to contact you about marketing, only where you have agreed or where the law allows
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
Marketing and your consent
We ask for your agreement separately for email and for WhatsApp or SMS, and the boxes are never ticked for you. You can withdraw either at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any message, or tell us through the contact page. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop messages we must send about an order you have placed.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
At the time of writing this website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It stores your chosen country and currency in your browser's local storage so it can remember them. If we add analytics or advertising measurement later (for example Google Analytics or social media pixels), we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
- service providers that host our website, send our email and messages, store our customer records or process payments
- delivery carriers (such as DHL) and customs authorities, who need the recipient's name, address, contact details and the contents and value of a shipment
- professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
- authorities, when the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information is processed
We operate from Pakistan, so the information you give us is transferred to and processed there, and in the other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we use them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and order records for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver and support your order, meet tax and accounting rules and handle any disputes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, California, Canada or Australia) you may have the right to:
- see the personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- have it corrected or deleted
- object to or restrict some uses of it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- receive it in a portable format
- complain to your local data protection or privacy regulator

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses, clubs and organisations. It is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
