The promised ship date and the days remaining are shown in your portal. If it moves, we tell you why and give a new date.

One person knows your order and answers your messages, so you do not have to chase an update.
We fix our mistakes
If the garments do not match the approved sample or have a manufacturing fault, we remake the affected pieces or agree a credit.
Remakes and returns →Your designs stay yours
We use your artwork and tech packs only to make your order, and we never feature your work in our marketing without asking you first.
