How we do screen printing

    Send your artwork

    Vector artwork is best (AI, PDF or SVG). If you only have a picture, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done.

    We separate the colours and make the screens

    Each colour in your design gets its own screen, which is why designs with fewer colours suit this method best.

  3. 3

    Sample, then bulk

    You approve a printed sample in your portal before we print the full run.

Where it shines

  • Very durable prints that hold up to heavy wear and washing
  • Rich, opaque colour on both light and dark garments

Worth considering

  • Each colour needs its own screen, so very colourful or photographic artwork is better suited to DTF
  • Setup effort makes the smallest runs relatively costlier per piece than larger ones

How many colours can I print?

We can quote multi-colour designs. Each extra colour adds a screen, so we will suggest the simplest version of your artwork that still looks the way you want.

Is screen printing or DTF better for me?

Screen printing suits bold graphics and bigger runs; DTF suits detailed, many-colour or gradient artwork at small quantities. Tell us your design and quantity and we will recommend one in your quote.

Can I do puff print?

Puff and other special effects can be quoted for screen printing. Ask for them in your request and we will confirm what is possible on your fabric.
