Duty on US apparel depends on the garment type, the fibre (cotton and synthetic are charged differently) and the current tariff rules, which have changed several times recently. We confirm the rate for your product when we quote and tell you before shipping if it moves.

Sales tax at import
US states charge sales tax when you sell, not at import. There is no federal sales tax at the border.
What customs may ask of you
A US importer identifier (an EIN or similar) and, for larger shipments, a customs broker or bond. The carrier acts as broker for most small shipments, and we tell you what yours needs.

Do I pay import duty in the US?
Not at delivery. Our quotes are duty-paid: we estimate the duty and taxes for the US, include them in the price you accept, and pay them with the carrier. If you prefer to handle import yourself, ask for that when you request a quote.
What is the minimum order for the US?
30 pieces per style, the same everywhere. Sizes and colours can be mixed within a style.
Do I need a customs broker?
For most shipments the express carrier clears customs for you. Larger shipments can need a broker and a bond. We tell you what yours needs when we quote, and your importer details go in your brand profile.
